I was tasked with rolling out a comprehensive content strategy for central government beta initiative, Help to Grow: Digital, offering small to medium-sized businesses advice and discounts on software to help their business to grow.

Personally overseen by then-chancellor of the exchequer, Rishi Sunak, Help to Grow: Digital provided small to medium-sized enterprises impartial online support to help grow their business, offering a discount of up to 50 per cent towards the costs of buying approved software, worth up to £5,000.
Working in an agile environment, I was responsible for:​
Content strategy; content design; copywriting; feature writing; UX copy; case studies; user research; user design; user testing; accessibility testing.
